i know it may not mean the same thing to you as it does to us, but if i could just please get a moment of silence as you look to the right and see that the countdown is changing from DAYS to HOURS. i can't even believe it. it doesn't seem real. it's the moment we've been waiting for for 365 days now.
yesterday was the last day at church. i remember the first sunday, so intimidated as we watched the "old couple" sit with the kids and then have to take one home in the middle of sacrament meeting because one of them had a meltdown. ben and i looked at each other with optimistic, naive grins. and immediately started the countdown.
so today we are going to spend tearing our hair out making sure we have everything taken care of. and we will be enjoying every minute of it.

You survived. that's wonderful.
Okay, I've been out of town and haven't read your blog for a while but what good news! Congratulations on the pregnancy! How exciting! I am so happy for you. And I am so happy that you will be here sweatin' in the hot Arizona sun with us! You'll have to let me know where you are living and we'll have you over for dinner!
Good luck on the move!
Marielle
You've made it! Congratulations! What an incredible unforgettable experience this has been for you all! :) HEY! We just found out that we ARE going to be in Utah later this week! I know you guys will be extremely busy, but we would LOVE to see you for even just a few minutes. I don't know what kind of time frame you're going to be here, but if we overlap, that would be awesome! I'd just call you, except I'm sure that you're busy today, so when you get a moment, will you either call us, or email us? Good luck with the move!!! :)
a whole year! How did you do it? I am amazed, especially when i read some of the stories! Good luck with the move and hope everything goes well in AZ!
You should leave with the confidence that you did the job well. Take pride in that! And you've gained a lot of great parenting experiences to help you in the years to come.
I can't believe you're officially done. You'll be glad you wrote all this down in about 10 years, when enter the teenage years with your own. What a great experience, and hopefully you'll enjoy the peace thats about to follow (temporarily, of course). Good Job! If you start to miss your clients, just come to my house for a while...
I am really so so so proud of you guys. You did a fantastic job and you are leaving all in one piece which is an accomplishment all by itself!!!
Okay I always feel as if I am pretty up on the news on your blog, but I totally missed the PREGNANCY congrats. I am so excited for you. I hope this one goes a little easier. Good luck on the the move.
that went quick for me!! =) hee hee....but I know how you feel, like a happy and sad feeling, because it was so hard but you'll totally miss the kids and other people you've met. I'm sure our move will totally create some sad feelings too and com WAY to FAST! Make sure to give us your new address!!
You're so close I can smell you! Not because you are stinky, just because you are on your way!
Congratulations, You two are the strongest people I know to have done this for a year! wow!
HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
I haven't checked blogs lately, and I'm so excited for you on your upcoming addition. Congratulations!! We drove by Casa Grande or wherever it is you are thinking of moving too (actually we ran out of gas just off the exit ramp so it will always have a special place in our hearts), and you are seriously 45 minutes from where we live - if that really is where you are still moving to. I am with Marielle, we've only been here a month, but I do love Arizona and it will be fun to have friends nearby.
