so i'm excited because ben & i were asked by our bosses if we wanted to go to a conference next week in washington d.c. ben served his mission there but i've never been. we just finished booking our hotel & will have two days to hang out & tour around, then two days to go to the conference. yippee!

Wow, that sounds fun. So I'm guessing the kids will not be coming with you? Which will be a nice break I'm sure!! Hope you have fun and take lots of pictures. Can't wait to hear about your experiences. So dumb question, but what's the conference on?
So fun!!! That will be a blast...but I think you should take the kids-it could be very educational for them and they could probably be very education for D.C.

the conference is on the teaching family model, which is the model that we use in the home to do teaching interactions/therapeutic interventions with the clients. and NO they won't be coming with us. d.c. has enough crime as it is. hooray! my mom will though, it should be really fun.
I LOVE DC!!! How fun for you! Have a great time! We lived in Alexadnria VA after we were first married and we LOVED IT! We were only like 10 minutes from downtown and I can say that DC is one of my favorite places. I'm glad you aren't taking kids! take a break and enjoy yourself!!!
