has anyone had one before? because i think i do. what do you do for it? no amount of decongestant is helping the pressure in my nose and my forehead. i can't sleep...help!

Tyler and I had a sinus infection once and we got mucinex decongestant the 12 hour and took it faithfully and it cleared it right up.
